Airport Road Carwash

The Airport Road Carwash was a unique oppurtunity to take a utilitarian structure and make it interesting and appealing. By imitating the local mining heritage, we were able to give the "Carwash" a little bit of class and style.

   This car wash also houses a small apartment on the second level to give the caretaker full supervision of the business. With a kitchen, dining area, small bedroom and bathroom, a single person could comfortably run the business from his or her apartment upstairs.
